A lovely cafe. Hostesses were kind and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Coffee pleasant and loved the sweets set (but don't know what they were actually called, sorry, lol)

Love their specialty, Nama Tsubara. They have five flavors including matcha and everything is so tasty. Also, not only Japanese tea but also black tea or coffee go well with them. You can enjoy the cozy and relaxing atmosphere too!

The desserts were delicious! The matching latte was a bit bitter, but they have sugar on the table and it paired well with the sweetness of the dessert.

We were taking the Shinkansen today and stumbled upon this wonderful cafe. The staff were friendly and prompt, even making an effort to wish me a great day in English after my purchase. The rolled dorayaki pancakes with filling were absolutely delicious—definitely the kind of dessert I’d seek out again when visiting Kyoto. The packaging is cute, and the prices are reasonable too.
